 Wholesale Ordering

• Book Trade Orders: Book trade orders may be made through Baker & Taylor (1-800-775-1500).
  
  
• Terms: Our terms are net 30 days from the invoice order date, with a finance charge of 1 1/2 percent per month added to all overdue balances over 60 days due.
  
  
• Credit: Orders are accepted on company letterhead or purchase order forms only. Orders over $50.00 must be prepaid. In lieu of prepayment, we will accept three trade and one bank reference. Credit may be terminated and service refused without notice for firms continually in arrears.
  
  
• Shipping: Books are shipped via U.S. Post Office at "Media Mail or Book Rate." If requested, we can ship via U.P.S. or Federal Express, but the rates are higher. All shipping costs are borne by the buyer and added onto the invoice.
  
  
• Discount Rate: • 1-5 books: 40%      • 6-12 books: 42%      • 13-99 books: 45%      • 100 or more books: 50%
